Installation of the St Jerome’s Youth Leader’s Team

Another milestone was made at St Jerome’s Catholic church on Sunday, October 9, as nine young men and women from the community were installed as leader’s of the parish’s youth. The new leader’s team consisting of Suneeth Fernandez, Bryan Osias, Daniel Benn, Siobhan Maynard, Maddie, Syona Fernandez, Veronica McShane, Catherine McShane and Maria Ana Monzon will bring a new wave of enthusiasm and support to the parish community.

Somascan Young Adults Dinner Dance

St Jerome’s Somascan Young Adults celebrated their 10th Anniversary by hosting a Dinner Dance for all parishioners at the Fr Barry Whitely Hall. The Dinner Dance on October 10th which involved a buffet dinner, live music/entertainment and raffles All proceeds of the night will go towards supporting our Somascan Missions and help some of our youth get to the next World Youth Day in Poland). Thank you for all those who attended and who supported the youth over the past decade.

St Jerome’s Primary School celebrates 80 years

St Jerome’s Primary School in Munster celebrated its 80th Anniversary on Sunday, 9 August, with a fun-filled program of entertainment, games and art enjoyed by students and staff, past and present. Despite the forecast of rain, more than 400 people packed St Jerome’s parish at the Anniversary Mass which was concelebrated by St Jerome’s Parish Priest, Fr Mathew Velliyamkandathil CRS and Fr Paul Raj.

WEEKEND MASS TIMETABLE: Saturday - 6 pm & Sunday - 8 am, 10 am and 6 pm (Youth Mass)
